FONDIARIA PER INIZIATIVE IMMOBILIARI S.p.A. is part of a family managed type of real estate group, that has been operating in the Milan market since 1954. Trough FONDIARIA PER INIZIATIVE IMMOBILIARI S.p.A., SIDIS S.p.A. and AMBRA NUOVA S.p.A., the Group likes to be known as a “bottega della vecchia Milano” (a workshop in the old Milan style) that is a small structure specializing in prestigious initiatives, characterized by carful attention to detail and a continual up-dating to new construction methods (e.g. the various domotics or home electronic automation applications and energy efficiency methods used today in buildings). As it is a small, streamlined family-business type of activity, and being a real estate dealers and not building constructors, this allows for flexibility and for taking swift advantage of any opportunities the market offers.

Our History
Set up in 1954, this real estate group operates exclusively in the Milan marketplace and, down through the years, has always maintained a strictly family-style business structure. With the arrival of the second generation, to which not only experience has been handed down, but especially a real passion for buildings. The firm always maintains its image of real estate developer and not that of a construction company. The Group focuses their investments on initiatives for residential use in the most valuable and prestigious areas of Milan. During the years we have developed about 40 new building operations. Moreover, buildings have been restructured that were under the jurisdiction of the Superintendent of the Belle Arti in the exclusive historical centre. A few of these have been kept in our portfolio of assets and so included as income.
